At Growrenew, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional event decor services that exceed your expectations. Our return and refund policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
Initial deposits are refundable based on the following timeline:
We understand that event plans may change. Modifications to booked services are accepted up to 14 days before your event date without additional charges. Changes requested within 14 days may incur modification fees based on the scope of alterations.
If you are not satisfied with our event decor services, please notify us within 24 hours of your event. We will review your concerns and work to resolve any issues. Refunds for completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies that prevent service delivery, Growrenew will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund of all payments made.
Clients are responsible for any damage to rented decor items beyond normal wear. Damage fees will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing all items upon delivery and reporting any pre-existing damage immediately.
Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
